Your new company is a reputable engineering and building acoustics consultancy who are looking for a marketing administrator to join their growing London team. The company is serviced by excellent transport links and located in central London.
Your new role
This is a fantastic job as a marketing administrator, to come in and assist with dynamic campaigns for various online/offline channels. You will maintain company marketing material including company profiles, sector sheets, project case studies, CVs, project descriptions and exhibition material. You will also develop new exciting marketing collateral as well as update the social media/website channels. You will work with the proposal manager and senior managers to prepare supporting documentation for fee proposals and pre-qualification questionnaires.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills, the ability to focus and prioritise tasks and deliver on time to a high standard. Previous experience using systems like WordPress for web campaigns, and experience updating social media would also be required.
