You will be working for a leading international, full-service law firm, working with clients across the worlds most dynamic industries. This firm are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join their ever growing team on a full time, permanent basis, joining them in a new and forward thinking office in the heart of the city.
Your new role
The Marketing and Business Development Assistant will be a strong content and copywriter, assisting with the production of first draft pitch documents for strategic clients, aiding in further growth of the firm. Additionally, you will track campaign activity and marketing engagement of UK strategic clients, and provide baseline key account support to all clients in UK business plans. It will also fall within your responsibility to provide logistical support to client specific events - creation of invitations, managing interaction process and presentation materials. You will provide analytics of business development and marketing activity, and have proven experience in email and social media marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
As an individual, you should have a strong client focus, utilising your ability to work to deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure. You will be professional, proactive, creative, tenacious, good humoured and present an enthusiastic approach to all work and interactions. You will have excellent both written and oral communication skills, as well as high level analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook will be expected, and previous experience within a legal firm is desired.
