About the role


As Assistant Merchandiser, you'll be based in Northampton in our New Goods Buying & Merchandising team where you'll support our Merchandiser in all aspects of their role.

You'll also be responsible for managing store distribution according to the range plan, analysing sales and forecasting and managing stock levels.

About you

You'll have experience of merchandising gained in a retail environment, be commercially aware, analytical and highly numerate. You also need to have strong systems and Microsoft Excel skills.

You'll be a team player, able to build excellent relationships with people across the organisation and also able to manage a range of tasks with competing deadlines. Your role is key to liaising with field management, stores, product suppliers, our warehouse and many other internal contacts.
