Account Manager – Marketing agency – Basingstoke – Hybrid – Perm – c£30K – £40K

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing full-service agency that works with clients across a range of sectors.

The team is made up of dynamic and creative individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality work to our clients.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

– Building strong relationships with clients

– Understanding clients’ needs and developing solutions to meet them

– Developing project briefs and proposals

– Managing budgets and timelines

– Coordinating resources across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

– Ensuring all client communication is professional, timely, and accurate

Requirements:

– At least 3 years’ experience in account management within a marketing or digital agency or tech account background.

– Proven track record in building strong client relationships.

– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

– Strong organisational skills.

– Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

– Experience in managing budgets.
