An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join a leading campaign team within BHF Retail.

We're recruiting a University Campaign Executive to play an important role in our growth strategy. In a varied and exciting role, you'll primarily work with universities across London and the South East of England to target students leaving at the end of the academic year to generate significant levels of stock for many of our shops and stores.

A core part of the Retail growth strategy has been the development of partnerships with a wide range of new channels including Companies, Universities and Local Authorities to source donated stock. Essential to this growth strategy is the need for effective account management of existing University partnerships to increase their value as well as the acquisition of new Universities to bring stock into the charity.

You'll be responsible for all current University partnerships in the South of the country as well as securing further partners over the next 2 years to reach our 2022 targets.

Beyond the University campaign you'll also be the key point of contact within Retail, leading on the delivery of cross sell and upsell of additional stock generation, sales promotion and key charity campaigns in the region.

About you

You'll have strong new business/sales generation experience so that you're able to pitch to Universities whilst developing and implementing delivery plans for Universities for our Retail Division.

Possessing good knowledge and experience of using databases and the ability to analyse and present meaningful data to a variety of audiences, you'll also have excellent communication skills working closely with our field, marketing and business development team and a successful track record of achieving results ideally within retail, a charity organisation or related industry (re-use/recycling.)

With experience of working with public and private sector organisations within local communities to achieve results, you'll also be confident at presenting to groups of people, both small and large.

About us

When you work at the British Heart Foundation, you become a part of medical history. Part of a world leading organisation that has played a role in decades of life saving breakthroughs, from heart transplants and pacemakers to stents and clot busting drugs. And we're not about to stop any time soon. We are here to beat heartbreak forever. To stop heart and circulatory diseases devastating families. And if you want to help us get there sooner, you could be the University Account Executive we need.
