This charity supports millions of people every year to improve their living situation and have access to a safe and secure home. There are big plans for their digital team, starting with this next hire in the business. Sitting within a small but talented Digital Analytics team in central Bristol, you'll be working to gain a better understanding of supporters and donors through analysis of conversions, traffic to the website, social media interaction, and in time - analysis of email campaigns. You'll be flipping between using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SQL here, and so we are looking for those from a very solid marketing/digital analytics background. You'll be joining this organisation at a time where a massive amount of investment is being put into upgrading systems, and as a result you'll have access to data that is of a higher quality.
What you'll be doing
This is a very centrally focused role, where you'll support the Fundraising and Marketing functions of the business through your ability to provide clear insights, drawn from a variety of sources - mainly digital. You'll carry out A/B and MVT testing, as well as looking at heat maps. There will be plenty of stakeholder management required in this role, as you'll be reporting back to a number of senior managers within the organisation. In turn, you'll be working in an environment that is very pro-data and insight, so you will feel a huge sense of achievement from the work that you are doing.
What experience you'll need to apply
We are looking for candidates whose background closely matches the following:
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • SQL
  • Track record within digital/marketing analytics
