Digital Strategy Director - Healthcare Advertising & Communications

They are looking for a Digital Strategy Director who can lead the digital strategy team, the strategy projects and support digital strategy across the wide range of digital and brand promotion projects they deliver: somebody who will be a senior member of the team working closely with the brand strategy team, the rest of the digital team and across the agency as a whole: to be involved in the full project life cycle from pitch to final delivery with ownership of identified strategy aspects.
What they need from a Digital Strategy Director:-
Discovery and research against project objectives, including:
·User / audience needs assessments
·Understanding segmentation models
·Undertaking research: constructing surveys and interviews
·Able to synthesise multiple sources of research into findings presentations
·Landscape analysis research and creating/presenting findings decks
·Competitive analysis research and creating/presenting findings decks
·Social media listening tools and insight generation
·Content strategy including identifying insights from research
·Definition and partnership strategies for the future role of data in their business
Strategy (top priority):
·Lead the definition of the strategic vision for the department and digital projects
·Collaborate with other OpCos to enrich their strategies by communicating how best to achieve excellence in digital as part of a multi-channel strategy
·Define KPIs, measurement plans, communicate the value of analytics, and dashboards to others and mentor other team members in their use
·Promote best practice in information sharing, presenting and mentor other team members on communication and presentation skills
·Use health behaviour change theories and models confidently and be able to communicate clearly how they apply to digital strategy
·Define and socialise frameworks as needed for presentations
·Work closely with their Brain Sciences department
·Be aware of, understand and promote industry trends and advancements in digital
·Be one of the “go-to” people within the agency for digital inspiration
·Lead on designated thought leadership initiatives in digital and take a guiding role with the other OpCos on what is around the next corner and relevant to their activities
·Shaping and participating in new business initiatives and pitches
·Strong presentation skills – be able to argue a point of view coherently and concisely; able to speak with authority (without seeming inflexible) and able to create impactful presentations / slide decks
·Working knowledge of technology platforms and how clients manage their chosen systems
·Communicate daily regarding project status with appropriate team members
