You will be working for a well respected housing association in Manchester. Due to expansion and restructure, this organisation are looking to recruit for a PR & Customer Communications Manager to join the team.
Your new role
You will be required to manage the delivery and development of the PR and communications plan, ensuring all tactics achieve the desired goals. Other responsibilities will consist of internal and external stakeholder engagement, managing customer communications, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and journalists, and reporting on and maintaining media coverage results.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must be a strategic thinker, with excellent news sense, writing, and editing skills. As an individual you must be able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills, as well as experience in an agency environment or working as a journalist. The best candidates will have considerable experience managing multiple brands, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
