One of the most successful and decorated PR agencies within the region are looking for a Social media Designer to join their digital team due to a sustained period of significant growth. The role

The agencies teams are made up of credible and bright PR practitioners who create award-winning integrated work for brands and organisations, from local consumer activations to global digital and social media campaigns. You will be working alongside the account handlers in the digital team and it will be your job to produce high - impact, multi-channel content on behalf of their clients in support of the wider agency.

Upon joining this agency, you will be required to effectively and efficiently develop creative concepts and designs for social content, signage, storyboards, videos, infographics and new business presentation concepts. You will be involved in all social media-specific concepts and will be creating simple animations that can be exported as looping GIFs and cinemographs. You will also be supporting multiple projects across the agency by drafting and presenting concepts across b2b and consumer clients.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong agency background, with a proven track record of visual design across multi-channel platforms. The ideal candidate will have skills covering graphic design, copywriting and social media, with an ultimate objective to produce high-impact, multi-channel content on behalf of our clients and in support of the wider agency.

It is essential that you have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), PowerPoint and iMovie and strong copywriting abilities, especially in a digital content capacity. It would be preferential if you do have an understanding of HTML/CSS, UX, animation, motion, photography, typography and film/video principle and strong video editing skills are a big plus.
