As the UK Marketing Manager will be tasked with raising the brand awareness for the business UK wide. Reporting into the General Manager you will be formulating and actioning the marketing strategy for the UK business, aligning the strategy with product releases and campaigns and using digital and automated processes to communicate with both existing and potential customers.Within this growing business our client provides a friendly working environment with promising career development opportunities. What we need from you?

• Formulate and action the marketing strategy for the UK Business.
• Use digital and automated processes to communicate via CRM system to existing and potential customers.
• Align UK marketing strategy with group product releases and campaigns.
• Conduct and report competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Identify how competitors are marketing to potential and existing customer groups.
• Conduct and report customer analysis and create content that is relevant to varying customer categories.
• Use sales and product data to create relevant content, communicate sales offers, and identify communication types that are successful.
• Review digital/web content along with HQ Head of Digital.
• Visit trade shows to report opportunities, new shows of interest, changes in trend, new product, and potential ideas.

What you will need to succeed?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Possess a good understanding of customer and competitor behaviour.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and senior management about marketing activities.
• Creative and organised mindset.
• Strong Microsoft CRM and MS Office knowledge
• Results orientated.
