Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

Support online and offline marketing and communication initiatives with the primary goal of expanding brand awareness and product & service offering within targeted, relevant audiences.

  • Execute strategic marketing plans and strategies (outbound and inbound marketing activities)
  • Content creation and optimization (repurpose) for various channels (blog, social, podcast, infographics etc)
  • Plan and execute specific marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against success metrics such as click through rates, traffic, conversions and A/B testing results
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence and explore new ways to reach and engage our target customers
  • CRM management: Maintain databases of prospects, clients and suppliers
  • Work closely with sales and customer experience functions
  • Liaise with 3rd party agencies/suppliers to execute promotional events and campaigns


  • 1-3 years marketing experience
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience in website CMS (wordpress), email marketing, CRM and Analytics
  • Experience with office applications, specifically spreadsheets and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of database marketing, targeting, and segmentation
  • Preference for a marketing degree but not essential
  • We would look favorably on candidates with practical experience in InDesign or PhotoShop
