Digital Marketing Manager
Digital Marketing Manager required for a charity in the West Midlands for a 12-month maternity cover, starting October 2018
A charity which specialises in recruiting volunteers to assist vulnerable people is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave. Working alongside the Marketing Manager on campaigns, you'll focus largely on SEO, website management (using Wordpress), email marketing and Facebook advertising, as the company use Digital Marketing methods as the primary source for recruiting volunteers. In addition to this, you will implement and analyse PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Bing) to drive audience growth, manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business and other related analytical platforms, manage email marketing campaigns including the creation of content, reaching key audiences, manage relationships with external suppliers (including designers, printers, photographers and videographers.) to ensure that work produced and provided meets quality standards. You will be responsible and accountable for meeting the targets set in relation to the growth of the volunteer pipeline, enabling the success of marketing campaigns.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager, with particular expertise in strategising and SEO. The usual tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, Wordpress and Google Adwords are second nature to you. Even though the current post holder will put strategies in place before they leave, it's essential that you have plenty of strategy experience of your own. There will be some UK travel involved to provide digital support to the regional teams, but it's not essential that you hold a driving licence.
