Working within the Travel Experiences Marketing team, this role has responsibility for the development, execution and delivery of the marketing communications plan for our key global payment network and card issuer / retail banking clients.
This involves identifying the key channels through which to communicate to decision makers and influencers across our client network and creating a rolling content calendar building on content and campaigns originated from marketing communications functions on product releases and GTM plans for our hero products in Travel Experiences; Priority Pass, LoungeKey and Lounge Pass.
Payment networks and card issuer clients are fundamentally significant for Collinson, with our lounge access and premium airport experiences (retail, spa and dining) products offered by the world’s leading financial services brands, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Chase, HSBC and hundreds of others – collectively reaching the millions of customers who use our products every day as they travel. Additionally, we are building a comprehensive digital platform, served by class-leading apps and API’s, plus a growing offers network with partners in airports consisting of discounts and further value added benefits for lounge program clients and customers.
The purpose of this role will be to support our client and business development teams in the design and delivery of marketing support materials and key communications - enabling the team to effectively build trust, develop, deepened and broaden critical relationships across the global financial services sector, as payment networks and card issuers continue to embed our benefits program’s into their increasingly digital footprint and take these to market, targeting discerning cardholders and frequent travellers in and around the airport and other transport hubs
Execution is a significant part of this role and you will be expected to work closely alongside global and regional account teams plus our marketing communications functions to partner in defining, developing, produce and deliver the relevant content and messages seeking deepened awareness, engagement and preference for our brands – leveraging a strong, digitally-centric transformation programme and product roadmap, a growing and diversifying network of lounge and travel oriented benefits partnerships, and various transformation programs occurring across our business in terms of how we can support our clients and partners.
