We are a commercial Recruitment Agency, so we focus on roles you would find in the head office: Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Admin etc. Although it is helpful for you to pick an area in which you focus on, so you can learn the industry to a higher level.

I am really looking for strong salespeople, who are confident on the phone, are driven and keen to drive the business forward. You will be supported by resourcers, to ensure your work is managed.

Duties include:

• 360 consultants, manage clients & candidates
• New business – build a desk/ pipeline
• Retention of business
• Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails
• Booking interviews
• Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
• Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage
• Advertising of vacancies
• Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates
• Registering candidates
• Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
