Our client has an enviable reputation for the design, development and manufacture of bespoke cabinetry and furniture used in hospitals, care homes and other medical facilities.

To be successful in this exciting new role you should have experience and capability to develop key functions in most of the following weekly duties:

• Creation and monitoring of marketing plans based on market research and knowledge of competitors, customer requirements, direct sales and distributor capability,

• Development of the product portfolio to offer a strong competitive advantage over competitors and to improve customer choice and pre-empt future needs,

• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, issues and range rationalisation.

• Management of marketing communication and content creation to raise profile in the marketplace. This includes website content, website management, social media content, social media management.

• Support distributors by offering campaign proposals and aiding market communication

• Attend conferences and events related to sector as an exhibitor and delegate. Planning of product launches

• Regular meetings with all stakeholders, including customers, product developers, sales, customer services, finance and MD to demonstrate new ideas, product education and enthuse the team to embrace product initiatives.

• Manage the allocated marketing budget to ensure the marketing programme delivers value.

• Ability to travel the UK staying way once or twice a week.

Salary up to £38k with up to £5k bonus based on experience. Car allowance up to £6k. 25 days holiday plus statory holidays.
