Our client is a fast-paced, highly innovative and entrepreneurial FMCG business based in the Manchester.

Due to growth, they are looking to add a Senior Brand Manager to their busy marketing team.

Reporting in the Marketing Controller, Senior Brand Manager responsibilities include:

Managing 1-2 of their key drive brands 
Overseeing the respective marketing budgets
Devising long-term strategic brand plans 
Developing and implementing annual brand plans and promotional calendars
Direct involvement in key customer marketing initiatives
Taking a lead on innovative NPD pipelines
Managing 1-2 ABMs 
Managing agency relationships

Candidates will need to be great all round marketers with five or more years solid FMCG and Brand Management experience.  The team needs commercially-minded brand people who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. 

These role offers an exceptional level of ownership and responsibility.  Consequently, they demand excellent project and people management skills and the desire to manage and grow your own branded area of the business.
