Client Relationship Manager

In this client relationship manager role, you will be aligned to the firm’s TMT sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the lead partner you will be responsible for account planning for the firm’s most important clients in the IT and tech sector;
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing targeted marketing initiatives as such thought leadership, events and training;
- Working on bids to key clients, analyse client spend, conduct market and client research; and
- Working on client feedback and reviews, so you will have the opportunity to become client facing.
You will have experience gained in a major professional services firm, ideally an international law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a business development executive with some exposure to key account management to move into a client development role, You will ideally have had exposure to the technology, media and telecoms/communications sectors.
