The Trade Marketing Executive role
Our client is one of the leading distributors of beauty and hair products within the UK, and they're seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to join their team. The Trade Marketing team has a key role in the success of the brands and you will work closely with the Commercial team to create a successful sales programme which is activated through trade stores and the direct sales team. You will create commercial calendars and an activity calendar, working through six promotional periods per year, each with a full suite of promotional and sales activity that requires creation, execution and appraisal. You will work closely with brand owners to align their marketing and promotional calendars with the company's objectives. It will be your responsibility to create and deliver content, sales and marketing materials, as well as POS and merchandising materials for both stores and salons - don't worry you'll have the support of digital and artwork teams in-house! Ultimately, you'll champion your brands and categories and be constantly looking for new ways to improve their performance through the analysis of all campaigns.
What we're looking for
We're looking for candidates who have at least two years' experience in trade or brand marketing with strong commercial skills and a real enthusiasm for the Health and Beauty sectors. You'll have the ability to generate creative campaigns and analyse their success, and be used to handling multiple brands.
What's on offer?
Salary for the role is between £25,000 and £30,000 plus bonus scheme.
