UX Lead for a well known retailer

We are currently recruiting for a Warrington based retail brand who operate over 100 stores in the Uk and have websites across 8 European countries.
They are currently looking to recruit a UX lead to help them implement a customer led UX strategy into a wide variety of projects include a checkout, mobile app, customised fittings feature and mobile journey optimisation. This is a varied role in an environment which is genuinely fast paced and will continually stretch your capabilities and encourage you to develop your skills.
You’ll never get bored and the work will be demanding. You will be the lead and main driver of UX within the business, this a role where you will need to be proactive drawing on internal data analysis, customer research, competitor research and industry best practice to create digital experiences which customers find intuitive, engaging and enjoyable, inspiring them to return again and again. .
The challenge of this role is take the company’s current User Experience to the next level in terms of localisation, personalisation, innovative functionality and the service they deliver across all devices, particularly mobile. You will be utilising a number of methods including a/b testing and usability research to deliver well thought out wireframes and prototypes.
It is likely you will be in a UX role already with a few years under your belt already and looking to take a step up. Attitude and the burning desire to learn is more important than breadth of experience.
