- Building long lasting and strong relationships with your existing and new accounts/clients, you will act as more of a trusted partner/consultant.
- Staying amidst new digital and innovative projects/technologies and proactively assessing how these could be used to help inspire your own work and others in the team.
- Getting involved in a range of exciting projects across multiple therapy areas across UK, Europe and Global.
- Taking a proactive approach in supporting and guiding junior members of the teams and expanding your own line management abilities.
- Leading new business activities to help support the client services, creative and technical teams to deliver outstanding pitches/proposal.
- Influencing and sharing ideas or creating changes to internal account/project management.
- Being an advocate for the company and role model to those seeking to join or progress up the ranks.
- Growing your accounts by tracking the progress accurately and identifying new opportunties.
- Tracking forecasts throughly to identify any anomalies and discussing the solutions to this with the client.
- Helping to assist/deliver internal workshops, training or educational sessions.
- Sharing ideas with management in relation to strategic vision of the agency and larger tactical project plans.
- Account management experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare / Medical communications.
- An enthusiastic and bubbly individual who is a natural leader and role model.
- Experience in creating presentations, digital media projects and impactful proposals.
