Digital Coordinator
Catch 22 are recruiting for a Digital Coordinator on behalf of our Client, either based out of their office in Birmingham or London. This is a temporary role for 6 months.
Duties:
System support
- General administrative support & systems admin support.
- Assisting with Rooming Booking system queries including system admin, user account set-up and role security.
- Day-to-day management of JIRA system tickets.
- Support with system training and production and maintenance of training materials.
- Ensuring the related processes are followed and kept up to date including trackers and email template standard responses.
- Handle queries in person, over the phone/MS Teams and email.
- Ensure change control process are followed when required.
- Ensure response deadlines are met, and urgent matters escalated.
Admin support
- Provide admin support to the digital team as required including setting up meetings, taking actions, managing actions logs, agendas and related activities.
- Admin support as required on the delivery of key digital products.
- Attend meetings as and when required and provide support.
- Support with the coordination of key reports in line with monthly meeting cadence.
- Coordinate key digital team trackers, ensuring they are kept up to date by all managers.
- Continually engage with development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- A relevant professional qualification or Qualified by experience (Essential)
- Experience of working within a similar role (at least 1 year)
- Excellent customer service (Essential)
- Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Confident in using various databases.
- Experience of systems training and query handling (Desirable)
- Experience of providing system admin support (Essential)
Salary: £19-£25k per annum depending on experience (will be paid hourly)
Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday – Hybrid Working. You will be required to go to your nearest site (Birmingham or London).
