We are working in partnership with an award-winning client who is seeking a Temp Marketing and Comms Manager to commence the role immediately. This role is be offered on a hybrid basis for up to 3  months whilst they recruit permanently.

The role will require you to lead on marketing and communications for our clients Enterprise Hub as it prepares to launch the applications. To maintain critical day-to-day marketing and communications activities, and promote events, such as the Hub launches and the Hub Showcase.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and launch calls for applications to the Accelerator as well as the Enterprise Fellowships programme.
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of campaigns.
  • Promote the launch of the Enterprise Hub and the Showcase through a mix of pre-event email marketing and live social media posting during events.
  • Create, monitor, and report on Pay-Per-Click campaigns on platforms such as, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, to increase brand awareness, website traffic and conversions, or manage agencies to do so.
  • Maintain the Enterprise Hub’s microsite which includes editing and updating programme pages.
  • Manage a regular output of blog post content, including thought leadership, testimonials, and interviews on entrepreneurship topics with support from external contractors.
  • Work closely with the Digital Communications Officer and in the Programme Communications Team to plan and deliver essential marketing and communications support to the Enterprise Hub.

Key outcomes

  • Development and delivery of marketing and communications action plans for the Accelerator and Enterprise programme.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketing activities and engagement with key stakeholders and audiences.
  • Hub marketing and communications activity is maintained and continues to engage key stakeholders and audiences.

Ideal experience:

  • Ideally experience with B2B and B2C marketing including execution.
  • Demonstrable experience of SEO, content production and website management.
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Team worker with good people skills
