Ideally you will have experience of
- Working on a large consumer brand on an integrated account who understands CRM and how to engage with customers in an ever changing world.
- Managing the day to day running of projects and team with multiple clients (ideally including other countries!)
- Ability to manage account executives and nurture them to be part of the busy team, while recognising when you need to step up and take on board more responsibility.
