Your new role
As Head of Marketing Operations within Investment Management EMEA Marketing, you will work closely with all teams across Marketing and senior stakeholders across distribution to improve, optimize and ensure alignment of the wider department. Key team functions
- Technology: evaluation, implementation and management of marketing technology systems - automation, attribution and other solutions used by the team to ensure they are effective.
- Data: ensuring marketing automation data, CRM data and relevant data is being collected according to best practise for quality, unification, access, and governance and measurement purposes.
- Alignment: supporting the delivery of annual strategic marketing plans with CMO and annual strategic country/ channel plans. Oversight of operational budget planning according to business priorities.
- Project management: facilitate robust PM to deliver key projects, actively driving the need for change/ implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience leading operations and will need experience or knowledge of marketing. It essential that you have marketing automation experience, preferably Marketo, but this is not essential. In this role you will have three directs reports, so people management experience is required. You will also need a wealth of experience in project management.
