The company is a £multi-million professional services consultancy providing specialist advice to a wide range of blue chip and medium sized companies. Currently going through a significant growth phase, they are ambitious to strengthen their head office team. As a result they are now keen to recruit a Client Director to spearhead their sales strategy and make a real difference to the business. Reporting into the Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for driving the organisation’s approach to developing significant business from within its extensive existing client base. It is likely you will currently be operating within a similar commercial environment and be operating within an Account Director or Client Director role within a financial services sector. An understanding and an enthusiasm for technology and innovation is also a prerequisit. You will be the face of the business, so you will be someone who can demonstrate a strong track record of building relationships and developing business from within existing client accounts. You will have regularly presented to senior directors and be well versed in working at that level. A self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills, you will possess an assured personal style, the drive and energy to move at a fast pace and the determination to be Sales Director within a two year time-frame.
