Marketing Executive ((SEO / PPC) 

Our client is a leading IT solutions provider based in Newcastle upon Tyne. They work closely with clients to define, implement and support IT solutions which will help to make them drive commercial success. To continue to meet the growing needs of their current and future clients, they’re looking for a consultative yet target driven IT sales professional to join their expanding Managed Services team. 

Position: SEO / PPC Executive 
Location: Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £20 to 25k Depending on experience 

About the role: 

Our client are a multi-faceted, very successful and growing IT Solutions Provider with a strong focus on training and continuous improvement who are looking to complement their growth by adding a SEO / PPC Executive to support their extensive campaign activity. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will add value across the entire business and offers the opportunity for the successful applicant to work on accounts long-term ensuring a true appreciation for the work undertaken. 

Responsibilities: 

- Working closely with the Digital Content Executive you will take responsibility for creating and customising all paid ads and improving SEO alongside the company’s campaign strategy 
- Owning the full SEO journey making consistent tweaks and improvements to maximise campaign strategy. 
- Extensive management of AdWords, Bing and LinkedIn bids against budget 
- Manage and recommend improvements to reduce bounce rates and increase conversion rates over multiple websites (CRO) Produce and present weekly reports on attribution 

About you: 

- Significant experience managing B2B paid search campaigns 
- Experience advising on and implementing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) 
- Demonstrable experience monitoring, editing and customising paid using AdWords. Experience with LinkedIn and Bing is desirable, but not essential 
- Knowledge of implementing CRO 
- Experience creating clear and concise reports 
- Ideally educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or a similar discipline 
- Prior experience in a similar B2B SEO / PPC role 
- Good commercial acumen, ideally with prior budgetary experience
