The Role:

Our client, an established Digital Agency, have recently landed a large Retail client on retainer. As a result of the increased project load and demand, they’re looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join their delivery team.

Reporting into the Head of Delivery, the Senior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development and delivery for a new eCommerce platform that will have a global reach. This business, who have an award-winning in-house development team, are looking for the successful candidate to work cross-functionally with the technical teams and senior leadership team to successfully deliver this large-scale, business-critical statement of work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager from an Ecommerce / Digital background to join a leading scaling agency who are making real waves within the web development space.

Required Experience:

?? 5 years’ Project Management experience in a client facing setting

?? Web agency experience – Desirable

?? Experience managing budgets up to £350,000

?? Experience leading / mentoring more junior team members

?? Ecommerce experience – technologies including Shopify / WordPress / WooCommerce

?? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues and clients

The Package:

? Salary range: £60,000-£70,000 DoE

? Annual bonus (10%) – 50% personal performance, 50% company performance

Working Set-Up:

The requirement for this position is 2 days per week in their Central Manchester office, with the option for the other 3 days to be WFH. The office is open 5 days per week for those who want to travel into the office

Interview Process:

1?? Introductory conversation with the Head of Delivery to assess experience alignment and company culture fit (video)

2?? 60-90 minute interview, including a short presentation task followed by a ‘meet the team’ (face to face in Central Manchester offices)
