Social Media/Digital Marketing Account Executive

Our client is one of the best lifestyle and luxury PR/Digital agencies in the industry who work with 5 star brands consisting of the best bars, restaurants, travel and luxury goods.

As a Digital/Social Media, Senior Account Executive/Junior Account Manager your responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:

 Digital Responsibilities

  • To have a strong knowledge of the social media eco-system (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and the digital landscape
  • To be excited about social media and new digital platform innovations –
  • To have experience in copy writing and be able to write good quality and grammatically correct content that falls in line with strategy and tone of voice
  •  To be passionate about creating and maintaining a social media content calendar for each client in line the strategy set by the Head of Digital
  • To strive to deliver excellence in creative, community management and content, and to understand markets, customers and technology
  •  To create (or assist with the creation of) detailed reports outlining social media activities undertaken by the team 
  •  To support the Head of Digital with planning and the implementation of digital strategy
  •  To develop and maintain good client relations at all times 
  • To research forthcoming events and monitor trends/conversation that will be relevant for clients to engage with 
  • To ensure each client receives sufficient time and attention to achieve the required results
  • To have a good knowledge of how to implement social media advertising and manage budgets on behalf of the client - To maintain the company website and assist with the creation of updates when required 

 Management & Administration Responsibilities

  • To implement company practice and develop and maintain systems
  • To meet company and client deadlines
  • To communicate effectively and transparently with superiors
  • To maintain your workspace to the standards set out by the Directors
  •  To be capable of leading junior team members with more limited experience 

 General Responsibilities

  • To perform Administration, including but not limited to answering the phone, updating and managing the company diary, market research, creating databases, scanning press articles organizing transport and couriers, and the maintenance of company filing systems
  • To attain and maintain the requisite IT skills to efficiently utilize the company’s office hardware and software packages
  •  To adhere to the company’s code of conduct and systems, as set out in the company handbook

To identify prospective clients and new business opportunities through regular networking, third party introductions, and other effective marketing methods


  • To have proven experience in managing social media communities of varying sizes (up to 250,000) and working experience in digital marketing
  • To have proven experience of implementing social media advertising
  •  To be creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Schedugram, TweetDeck, Facebook Business Manager, Bitly etc.)
  • To be fully proficient in macOS and Keynote
