Media Planning Manager
An award winning Creative Agency with big ambitions and a great company ethos are looking to grow their team with the introduction of a Communications Planning Manager. You will assist the team with Campaign Planning across all media and Full Service clients, assisting with buying across offline channels.
Internally you will be tasked with building relationships with the comms planning, strategy, digital, creative and account management teams then also externally with Media Agencies to help better understand and service the client’s needs. You will manage the day to day reporting and monthly invoicing, supply status reports, stay on top of competitor activity and support the rest of the team with the implementation of full service products and services. It’s imperative that you understand and can apply media planning craft skills and are strong technically with TGI, Yougov, Touchpoints, Mediatel etc. You will maintain and build media owner relationships to understand the changing media marketplace dynamics and opportunities.
You are an enthusiastic and experienced Comms Planning Manager, with a broad understanding of media landscapes and all channels. You have strong knowledge of industry planning tools (TGI, IPA, Touchpoints) and reporting/measurement. You are a confident communicator and collaborator, who wants to work in an environment where respect and being humble is part of the status-quo. You will have a great amount of autonomy in your role and will have accountability and autonomy in equal measure. You will have proven experience in a similar role, having worked in creative agencies / or full service environments, with a strong understanding of the differences between channels, how they can be measured and ultimately how they work together.
