As Head of Creative, you will be responsible for the conception, design and delivery of impactful and effective creative communications to sit across multiple channels.

Your day to day:

  • Creating and evolving the creative vision with the Marketing Director at the highest level to ensure creative direction is retained and in line with our brand principles.
  • Championing the creative vision, by leading the in-house creative team, to create and deliver multi-channel campaigns that meet the business objectives.
  • Leading our Seasonal creative storytelling campaign plan, working alongside the content team and wider Marketing team.
  • Creative development and ownership for menu development and all customer communication channels across our properties.
  • Driving conceptual thinking, creative development and execution across all aspects of design including creative projects, content, customer experience and digital ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all channels.
  • Working closely with our channel leads to optimise creative to ensure we are following our creative vision whilst still delivering results.
  • Working closely with stakeholders through all stages from briefing to delivery.
  • Creating all brand guidelines and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
  • Coaching and developing the team creatively.
  • Developing strong internal processes and procedures.

Who we are looking for?

  • Degree in Graphic Design.
  • Skilled as a senior creative lead with significant experience in graphic design and digital design for a premium brand or from a creative agency background.
  • Strong technical ability.
  • Ability to deliver creative ideas with conviction to a range of stakeholders and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional experience in brand building and driving brand elevation.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with both creative and marketing teams.
  • Strong organisational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Expert knowledge of print, digital, social, video content.
  • Experience leading photo and video production.
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively coaching and developing team members.
