Growth Marketing Manager
My client, a leading professional services company is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join their UK Marketing team. This role involves leading key prospect acquisition across the country and building strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing programs that drive demand and brand awareness.
Day to Day of the role:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the UK market, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and nurturing.
- Create region-specific marketing content, collateral, and presentations.
- Act as a key strategic contact for the UK Client Partnerships team, coordinating marketing requests and sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate across various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Maintain the UK marketing calendar with a focus on new prospects.
- Track key metrics of marketing activities and present findings to senior management monthly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology and services industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and execute vertical marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing results.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and demand generation tools (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase).
