Corporate Communications Manager - 70k with potential for increase depending on experience - package will include a bonus

We are working on a retained basis with a large energy business in the North West who have an exciting position within their senior management team working as a Corporate Communications Manager.

This is a hugely exciting time for the business and this role will present both a challenging and potentially career changing move for a candidate with the right desire and ambition.

A detailed outline of the role and responsibilities are as follows -

-Overall development and co-ordination of the company's brand and reputation management
-All media relations, stakeholder relations, internal communications and corporate communications campaigns
-Developing and co-ordinating corporate messages for external audiences
-Continually building relationships and contacts with relevant UK, European and international print, broadcast and online journalists
-Respond to all media enquires in a timely and accurate fashion
-Ensuring the website and associated social media networks are updated and steadily improved, developing new content and angles
-Oversee training for internal staff within the organisation, covering correct communication, messaging/branding and dealing with external press and media
-Involved in the design and print of corporate literature
-Writing press releases, speeches, presentations and other corporate literature
-Assisting in managing a communications budget and forecasting for future campaigns and investments
-Assist in developing the PR and Communications strategy for the business, co-ordinate the company's media relations strategy and online and digital communications

The candidate they are looking for -

Our client is looking for a confident, experienced communications and PR professional who wants to drive a successful communications strategy for a fast growing and exciting business. A candidate who has experience working in a highly regulated organisation previously would be an advantage, with a track-record of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
