The Department:

The Retention & Marketing Communications Department is responsible for the creation, segmentation and execution of promotions sent out to players across all products and regions.

Purpose of Job:

The CRM Executive will be responsible for project management of the marketing delivery of the marketing promotions and communications, working across a range of teams within the business (including Design, Copy, Retention and Marketing Communications) to effectively execute all retention, conversion and reactivation based promotions across the company.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:

  • Project manage promotions involving a number of stakeholders, with involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes starting from planning up until execution
  • Managing content creation with the help of the creative department
  • Ensure Betway Regulated Markets sites (Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Italy) are up-to-date across all languages – website, promotional materials, campaigns (Carousel, Game Lobby, Pop-up)
  • Troubleshooting of issues
  • Liaison with external providers in relation to software issues, features and promotions
  • Update the promotion calendar
  • Manage a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, landing pages
  • Liaising with various internal departments, working particularly close on the Retention and Marketing Communications side of the business in coordinating and executing promotions
  • Perform analysis and reporting on general performance and promotion success which includes:
    • Analyse and summarise large amounts of data using pivot tables to spot trends and patterns using excel skills, bringing together data from various sources (CRM tools)
    • Manipulate quantitative data and express as graphs and charts
  • Scheduling the promotion calendar with stakeholders in the same regional team
  • Profiling players to create specific segments and offers

Essential Criteria:

  • Fluent verbal and written English and Danish
  • Experience copywriting in English and Danish
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience using excel in some capacity

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Exposure and good knowledge of a content management systems and/or HTML and Sharepoint

  • Interest in Gaming Industry (Casino, Sports Book, Live Casino, Poker)
