The successful candidate will plan and lead incisive communications, marketing and business development tactics across both the EMEA and global business, ensuring key objectives in the business plan are met, adopting tactics in line with both the global strategy and tailored to local markets. Using the full marketing mix, your objective will be to raise and maintain the group's profile on a global level, and to deliver the business priorities of revenue generation, profile development and opportunity realisation through client-focused activities. In addition to your day-to-day management and supervision responsibilities for the London based team Executive and Bid Specialist, you will be expected to develop existing client relationships as well as identifying new target opportunities; develop best practice to improve efficiency and transparency; ensure communication channels are used optimally; and co-ordinate contributions and input into BD systems.
