A brilliantly unique agency based in the rolling Oxfordshire countryside are looking for a Content Manger to join their friendly team. Working with some of the biggest and best brands, this agency provides a unique service of creating engaging and helpful content for brands. The agency has prided themselves on being able to asses a brand's requirements, and provide solutions tailored for each said brand. This is a good opportunity to gain strong exposure to world-class brands and have exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities surrounding content.
The end goal is to make each brand's contact centre more efficient and effective, without making them boring. The Content Manager role will require you to use a range of media, from audio & video, to creating articles and blogs. The role will need you to have a confident tone of voice and the ability to create exciting articles.
Daily tasks and responsibilities could range from:
- Recording a voiceover
- Writing a 'Knowledge Article' - Creating a library of self-help FAQ content
- Choosing music for a client to play on-hold
- Creating blogs for clients
- Downloading and understanding data for Account Mangers to take to clients.

The ideal candidate will be a positive and calm character. Someone who is well organised and can communicate effectively. Due to the unique nature of the agency, you're not expected to have direct experience, but a background in radio production or digital marketing would be a bonus. If you're in the early stages after university then a relevant degree in English or Media would be equally relevant. In a nutshell, you will be a strong writer who is looking to progress in a career based around content creation.
