Our client, an innovative and fast growing business within the online gaming industry, is looking for an experienced Content and Customer Communication Manager to join their dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities of the Content and Customer Communication Manager:

  • Manage the CRM program and content through customer life cycle from start to finish
  • Create copy for the website and various social media platforms that is tailored to target audiences as well as engaging and on brand
  • Ensure copy is SEO optimised for maximum search engine visibility
  • Work on projects with a quick turnaround such as promotions and competitions without compromising on quality
  • Create affiliate marketing content for affiliate channels
  • Request creative to support your content across all channels
  • Ensure you are knowledgeable and adhering to all industry rules and regulations

Am I Right For This Role?

  • 3 years+ experience in a similar Customer Relationship Marketing or Email marketing role
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into effective content and maintain a consistent tone
  • Able to analyse customer data to personalise content
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and meet strict deadlines
  • Creative thinker, able to come up with new ideas and enticing copy
  • Passionate about gaming!
