Our world-renowned Automotive client, based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Temporary Digital Sales Executive to call customers to influence sales.

The successful Temporary Customer Accounts Executive will manage their general sales administration efficiently, respond to leads and make high quality calls to corporate and private customers.

The Role:

  • Use telephony-based sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales.
  • Conduct high quality outbound calls with an aim to sell Contract Hire and upsell.
  • Ensuring good customer outcomes whilst adhering to company principles.
  • Work to company KPI’s.
  • Accurately update details of account activity using the CRM system.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to overcome objections and build strong rapport.
  • Highly professional telephone manner.
  • Ambitious and driven – keen to succeed and achieve.
  • Demonstrate positivity and integrity, acting as a role model for the brand.
  • Ability to communicate and confidently negotiate with various external decision makers.

The hybrid outlines of this role are 3 days in office and 2 days’ work from home. This is an on-going temporary opportunity.
