Freelance Network Trainer

The Role:

As a Freelance Network Trainer, you will be working closely with both in-house and freelance language experts to develop and execute training programs for experienced content creators. You will be supporting and coordinating those creating training content – providing expert advice in order to maximise course effectiveness and efficiency.


  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create effective and engaging courses for remote learners already experienced in their field.
  • Track, report and analyse metrics to enable continued improvement of training methods.
  • Hold live training sessions either in person or via webinar or video link.
  • Advise and manage teams to ensure all training material deliver results.


  • 1 year+ experience in training focused role.
  • Proven editorial experience or academic study of either linguistics or language.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing a successful project plan on time with quality output.
  • A people-first approach- the ability to balance the needs of the freelance team with project objectives.
  • Able to both provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • A keen eye for detail.

Training & Development:
Access to other freelance roles within the company as well as the potential to move permanent in this role if successful in freelance period.
