We're really excited to be working with a huge global company who deal with retail solutions based in the North West and they are looking for superstar account managers to join their already well established and successful team to help take them to that next level!

This a company who already represent massive clients such as Vauxhall and Boots but they want more! They want to expand their business across the UK and International markets and it will be your job to help bring this business on board and manage the accounts! This will also afford you the opportunity to travel the world!

Job Description:

You're target market will be large retail clients (B2B) and you will take control of the new business development, researching, approaching and developing relationships with these companies on a global scale. Here's what to expect day to day

• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
• Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
• Travel to client meetings and sites across the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA

What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate will have come from a retail background and will already have some well-established contacts within the industry and/or have a passion for the industry
• Must have experience of developing new business and building your own pipeline
• Experience in a new business development/account management role
• Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated – must be comfortable in a target oriented environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face)
• The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic
