Based in one of the fastest growing international law firms, this is a great 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for a bids specialist to work as a member of the London Corporate Projects BD team, leading and supporting on the production of a range of bids, including global, regional and national panel tenders, transactional bids and tailored credential documents.

You will operate as the focal point for bids, project managing the entire process, including leading on bid and pricing strategies, pulling together research and analysis, writing initial drafts, coaching and advising senior internal clients on presentations and producing materials for presentation meetings. The Bid Executive will also support the Head of Bids on central efforts to promote, embed and reinforce bid best practice across the firm and undertake client post-pitch feedback interviews and report findings to the bid team and BD stakeholders as appropriate.

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a bids role, with a track record of successfully managing bids end-to-end, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative, with an excellent service ethic and the ability to operate effectively in a high-performance environment and as part of a busy team, the Bid Executive will possess outstanding organisational and communication skills and have developed a strong understanding of bids best practice.
