In the job of Product Marketing Manager you will develop and implement the brand plans in alignment with the UK marketing strategy and include all relevant areas of the marketing mix. You will join a fast-paced, family-feel company in the heart of Woking.
Your new role
As Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing retail activation plans to attract and engage customers in-store. You will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure maximum brand exposure; product range management - portfolio analysis, new product requirements, introductions and discontinuations plan; pricing; product promotions - creating the brand promotion strategy and executing in retail; POS - ensuring the best brand presence in store & online; and communication - developing and implementing the brand communication strategy (Digital & PR). You will also be responsible for regular market, competitor and budget analysis, and work closely with agencies for asset creation.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced Product and Brand Marketing Managers with understanding of executing brand plans into the retail space. You will be knowledgeable of product range management including pricing, range reviews and NPD requirements and promotional activities in retail - POS, display, promotions etc. You will be confident briefing and managing agencies, and also have a good level of numerical accuracy in order to manage budgets, market data and pricing analysis.
