Hays are working with a not for profit charity that are currently looking for someone to lead on the development of content across our digital and social media platforms.
Your new role
- Create content for digital and social platforms for the organisation.
- Manage CRM systems to manage and develop digital content.
- Responsible for developing and implementing social media content plans and overseeing the social media management of the University accounts
- Work as part of a motivated communications team to deliver digital content to enhance user experience
Collaborate with colleagues in External Relations and across the University to develop content with impact for the web and social media channels including video e
What you'll need to succeed
Substantial experience in the use, development and design/publishing of content for websites and social media * Experience of information /web applications/web design/web accessibility * Experience of managing social media accounts for organisations * Experience of handling customer service enquiries and account management * Confidence and tact to deal with people at all levels, in order to both gather information and give advice
