Major Players are working with a socially focused events company that are looking for a bright and enthusiastic digital marketer to join their Milton Keynes based team. This role is perfect for a digitally savvy individual looking to broaden their horizons while developing and learning new skills. The role will be fast-paced and varied so if you're level-headed people person, who can work well under pressure and adapt new skills quickly, and are looking for a career in digital marketing…then this is the role for you!

Digital Marketing and Community Manager Executive- Role Summary

Despite this being an entry-level position, it is a vital role within the company and offers a huge amount of scope to progress and expand on your knowledge and skill range within digital marketing. However, due to its junior level this role is really looking for a self motivated candidate who is an eager learner with a good technical aptitude. The role involves supporting the Community Manager on leading the company forum, while engaging the ever growing member community, as well as testing new SEO techniques, services and software in order to help boost ticket sales. As part of a small team it is important for with candidate to have a flexible approach and a willingness to pitch in when needed is essential. As long as you're bright, willing to learn and have the initiative to tackle new situations you will be provided with the support you need.

Key Skills& Experience:


* Adaptable, eager to learn and picks up knowledge quickly
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of social media
* Diplomatic and cool under pressure with good conflict management skills
* Critical thinking and be able to demonstrate creative problem solving skills
* Self-motivated, able to act on own initiative whilst working well in a small, tightly-knit team

* Knowledge of SEO and Internet Marketing
* Knowledge/experience of online communities and forums
