CRM Marketing Manager - Based in Leicester - Paying around £35,000

Your new company
A rapidly growing company based in Leicestershire is looking to recruit a CRM Marketing Manager on a full time, permanent basis.


Your new role
As a CRM Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing all CRM, Automation and email technologies to ensure marketing campaign success. This involve management of B2B Loyalty and Rewards platform, Sales Funnel Data and Quality Management and working with marketing & MI data in order to design and build reports to identify trends and behaviours to support go to market decisions. Additionally the role will involve evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to optimise marketing performance.
The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Marketing Content Manager to deliver relevant and engaging content. You will also have to liaise with senior colleagues/ to communicate project progress / outcomes / lessons learned and future scheduling of projects.
As well as this you will be responsible for line management and coaching of direct reports. As a CRM Manager you must prepare progress reports and driving areas of focus, ensure activity of all relevant work streams is cohesive and co-ordinate and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner.



What you'll need to succeed
You will need to work effectively as a member of the senior leadership operations team, providing assistance to other team members and internal colleagues and ensure the team remain aligned to company objectives and values. You will also be able to use team members' experience, analysis and data to influence the design of CRM offering/ infrastructure and security solutions for optimal life cycle cost. Personality wise you will possess the below qualities:

What you'll get in return
A salary of £30,000- £35,000, a Standard Bonus Scheme, a Pension Contribution (Up to 3%), Private Health care, 25 Days Holiday, Life Assurance and Professional Body Membership fees paid for.
