An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior communications officer to become part of a leading non-for-profit organisation. This new role has come around at a crucial and exciting point for the organisation and with this they need an innovative and creative, commercially driven external communications professional to hit the ground running and become a part of their expanding energetic team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering creative strategic, marketing and communications both digital and print within alignment with the organisations' objectives in order to engage and promote the companies community engagement programme using innovative multi-channel campaigns and publishing of key materials and information. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholder and external agencies. You will be expected to analyse and report the impact of these campaigns and you will be expected to spot key opportunities for generation of community investment. You will also be responsible for promoting and maintaining the organisations on-brand, corporate identity whilst also providing support and solutions to staff.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful applicant will have extensive external communications experience at a senior level. You must have strong background within commercial/private sector. You will be a confident and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and reactive attitude and a creative, commercial mind-set. You must have effective stakeholder management skills and multi-channel communications campaigns and large budget management experience.
