Product Marketing Manager - Loyalty Platform Provider - London

Futureheads are currently working with a Loyalty Platform Provider based in London, who is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join them. The business has produced a high-profile platform which has revolutionised customer loyalty, and their innovative technology has helped them attract outstanding B2B partners. They are well on their way to being industry leaders and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define and launch their products.

This is the first hire of it’s kind in the business and will sit on the Loyalty Solutions team. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely the sales people from this time, as well as the developers who are building the platforms, to drive the marketing strategy for these platforms. You will be involved across the entire marketing process, from the initial discovery phase, right through to the delivering the product to market.

Throughout the process you will champion the customer interests at the heart of the process. This will be informed by feedback collected directly from them and the sales team, to help inform the product positioning. Market research on competitors will help you to define the priority of the product roadmap, which you will create alongside the senior management team. In addition, you will be responsible for developing pricing models which suit the commercial objectives. Through this you will refine the product messaging to differentiate the product from competitors and communicate this value to the sales team to facilitate the selling process.

Alongside your commercial knowledge, it is also essential that this hire has a product mindset. Working closely with the Product Management team, you will help to define the features of this proposition before they are put to market. You will also get support from the marketing team to position these products before releasing them to customers. Throughout the process and release, you will track the impact on end users, and will help to continually develop features and support marketplace growth.

To apply for this role, you will need to have experience in:

  • A product marketing manager, or product manager role. This role is more commercially focused, although a technical understanding is a benefit.
  • A strong background in marketing, online advertising, platforms, and marketplaces in a B2B environment.
  • Successfully launching and taking a product to market
  • Financial modelling experience is important, to ensure commercial growth.
  • A background in banking would be an advantage.
