This is a new opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join the leadership team to build and deliver the marketing strategy that will fulfil the brand vision and roadmap. Leading a department of over 15 people this will be a broad remit that will involve both trade marketing and consumer marketing. It’s a high end product that requires an omni-channel approach that will include brand strategy, digital campaigns, NPD, offline marketing and CRM as well as high profile events and sponsorship. They are also looking to improve both internal and external communications, so a firm grasp of media relations will also be required.
To succeed in this role you’ll need to demonstrate exemplary stakeholder management skills whether dealing with sales directors or shareholders. As an innovative and creative marketing leader, you’ll also need to win the hearts and minds of the team. You’ll need to be resilient, naturally forward thinking and have a strong grounding in brand management. Along with strong financial acumen, proven management skills, candidates must also have experience of marketing across a number of luxury categories.
