CRM Assistant - Independant Legal Firm
A CRM Assistant is required to join an exciting independent leading legal firm, to support the CRM Manager in ensuring that the firm's CRM system is fit for purpose.
The successful applicant will have a passion for data quality with a high level of attention to detail. You will have responsibility for the inbox and ensuring tickets are processed in a timely manner, providing help desk style support to end users. You'll identify training needs, through support calls and tickets, to drive better user behaviour and assist in devising, writing and presenting end user training sessions. You will monitor the adding of business development activities to ensure consistency and accuracy, maintaining end user accounts, proxy access and security settings, and working with the Digital Marketing Team to send out eMarketing campaigns using Vuture. You will be responsible for running daily/weekly searches to improve the overall data quality, archiving data where possible and for the provision of regular and ad hoc reports. You'll assist the photographer with coordinating the photo process from arranging appointments to uploading to the firm's website and in addition, you will assist the Digital Marketing Team with day to day marketing activities.
You will work collaboratively with all members of the BD team, particularly on creating and maintaining better targeted mailing lists to enhance the reputation of the BD team within the Firm for its strategic and distinctive value.
You will have an understanding of the marketing and business development function and an interest in law (though law firm experience is not essential), with a passion for high quality data and the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and handle a number of concurrent projects and tasks. You'll have effective oral and written communication skills, including strong grammar, proof reading skills and good telephone manner with systems knowledge of InterAction or a similar CRM database. You must be IT proficient including intermediate desktop publishing skills, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. You'll be personable and confident, able to build relationships with partners/ key stakeholders, be resilient and calm under pressure, professional with an adaptable and flexible approach and be someone who is pro-active and takes initiative.
