Head of Marketing - CONTRACT / FREELANCE

CLIENT

This rapidly growing data driven marketing consultancy is seeking a Head of Marketing to help grow the agency offering and client base.

You will be solely responsible for all B2B marketing on behalf of this successful agency, overhauling the website, reevaluating the current proposition and positioning, refresh of pitch decks, building case studies and creating marketing collateral for a number of marketing and analytics services.

You will be building a digital and direct mail lead generation programme, with a view to targeting and acquiring quality clients. In order to do this, you will manage and drive a number of agency partners, so skills in engagement and influencing are key.

You should ideally have experience of working in a professional services environment, delivering campaigns on behalf of companies that specialize in marketing or data services.

You should be pro-active, confident and organized, and come with previous experience of working in a professional services company environment; and ideally in a standalone role.

This is a contract role, but likely to become permanent. The business also supports flexible working, so people who require flexible hours or part time hours will be considered.

LOCATION - Central London

RATE - £350 - £400 per day

TERM - 6 months+

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A strong background in creating brand propositions and executing marketing in line with this (within a medium sized business)
  • Experience in managing and owning B2B marketing communications, managing external agency relationships and delivering to targets independently
  • A background in marketing on behalf of a professional services organization, ideally in marketing, data, insight, analytics
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, specifically lead generation - email, events and DM
  • Experience in multichannel marketing
  • Confident in presenting at board level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; concise, articulate, engaging
