The Company:

Our client is an innovative sport footwear brand. Their shoes are based on one simple insight; that shoes should let your feet do their natural thing. With nearly 90 thousand pairs sold in the USA and a business worth of roughly $20 million, our client has ambitious growth plans and are looking to scale quickly.

The Role:

Vivobarefoot are looking for a highly ambitious and commercially minded Digital Acquisition Manager with at least five years of experience to help them grow aggressively. Sitting within the Sales Department, you would be responsible for introducing new customers to the Vivobarefoot brand and for retaining their custom on a global scale.

You will define and execute the digital marketing strategy in a direction which will achieve the business's goals through paid and part-paid media. This is a ‘hands-on’ role requiring you to work closely with both outside agencies and the Marketing (Creative) Department to implement the campaigns. Our client is looking for a superstar to take them to the next level.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's strategy across all paid media (PPC, Google Shopping, Affiliates, Display, Paid Social Ads and remarketing) and part-paid (SEO/Organic) channels.
  • Optimise existing online channels to increase revenue whilst being cost-effective
  • Identify further profitable online traffic channels
  • Manage external agencies to meet your goals

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant digital experience
  • You must be able to create and implement complex multi-channel digital strategy
  • A strong working knowledge of customer acquisition via current social, viral and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to identify non-movers and suggest sell through strategies
  • Adaptable to re-target resources to deliver short-term goals and tasks.
  • Ability to focus and manage simultaneous work streams.
  • Excellent excel and written skills
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in apparel/ footwear/sports industry with well aligned personal interests
  • You must have an interest in bringing natural movement (health) back to the world
